Through DRC’s leverage, A+S principals gained strategic advantage, additional capacity, and structured execution—allowing owners to focus on their expertise. Investment plans were implemented efficiently, protected strategically, and positioned for cash flow and long-term value. For principals who value deliberate structuring and disciplined execution, DRC provided oversight for informed decisions and multi-layered value creation.

The Diaspora Resource Center (DRC) evolved from consulting into an incubator framework bridging strategy, funding, and execution gaps. Its repeatable model—covering implementation planning, capital pathways, international partnerships, and philanthropic infrastructure—was proven across multiple projects, including CUIB under Rev. Fr. George Nkeze and Bishop Bushu. DRC now guides Claribel College in Jamaica.

Looking Ahead: 2026 Strategic Priorities
Execution at the Intersection of Strategy and Scale
In 2025, DRC advanced complex, resource-driven initiatives by aligning stakeholders, resolving bottlenecks, and delivering outcomes where capacity, not vision, was the constraint. As institutions and investors increasingly require measurable ROI, DRC provided execution leadership where internal bandwidth was limited and timelines were critical.
In 2026, this work expands supporting scalable projects across capital development, creative industries and education with disciplined implementation, cross-border coordination, and outcomes that meet investors, funders, and institutional expectations.

Success by Design | Same model | Different playing field!

What is Success? – Ralph Waldo Emerson (Powerful Life Poetry) …to leave the world a bit better…to know that one person has achieved because of you, this is to have succeeded!

2025 was not a collection of milestones—it was validation. Validation of a repeatable operating model capable of translating vision into results across platforms, markets, and industries. 2025 established the foundation.

Designed with intent. Executed with precision. Refined into results!

What changed was the playing field. What remained constant was execution discipline.

2026 is focused on scale, precision, and expanded impact—with systems built to grow, partnerships aligned for leverage, and outcomes measured by performance.

The Importance of Implementation Planning
It is the critical step in creating your future. While creating a strategic plan is the first step in working on your future, the most overlooked part of the process of getting from where you are to where you want to be is the implementation of that plan. The best-laid plans are doomed for failure if the implementation process is not well thought out, and you are not well prepared. “If we fail to plan, we are planning to fail” Benjamin Franklin, (c1790). How often have we heard that our thoughts are the precursor to our actions? (Waldo Emerson). This is because everything we manifest in the physical realm is first manifested in the metaphysical plane. Stephen Covey in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, (S&S 1989) explains that all things are created twice: first as a mental creation, then as a physical one. Implementation planning provides you with the roadmap to arrive at your destination.

Implementation Strategist’s Role
What does an implementation strategist do? We work on your deliverables. The success of any endeavor rests on the ability to work intentionally toward delivering measurable results. That makes implementation strategists vital to the overall results. To achieve continuous success, you must employ efficient, effective, and consistent processes. We help you to evaluate your game plan to create the outcomes you desire. We help you to understand the strategic facts and how they affect you. We help you to develop a business model that works for you. We help you to understand your sunk costs, opportunity costs, benefits, trade-offs, and losses. Overall, we help you to position yourself for a win/win outcome.

Taking Time to Optimize Results
Many times, we start a business out of necessity, therefore, we do not build our infrastructure intentionally. We develop our business, then realize that we cannot remove ourselves from the day-to-day management to assume the leadership role. We recognize the need to make changes to optimize results. But our most pressing need is to generate cash flow to meet our commitments. What do we do? We keep working, ignoring the obvious. What do we say? I cannot afford the time or the money to do it right or I just need to make payroll this month. You can make the necessary adjustments with the right bandwidth, resources, and support.

Global Expansion and You
“The mind once stretched, can never return to its original size.” Ralph Waldo Emerson
How often do you think of going beyond your local market, maybe national or international? Why hasn’t it happened? When we think about expansion, sometimes we limit ourselves because of fear. The acronym for F.E.A.R. is “False Evidence Appearing Real.” Explore your ideas and options for expansion.
